Yes. Similar to that of bank ABMs, Vendzerrz has reprogrammed the bill acceptors of its vending machines to accept the current series of bank notes as well as the updated polymer bank notes. We also accept coins through the use of our coin acceptor.

We typically provide the most popular, best-selling products in all our machines and track sales to determine what works for your location. You can also send us a list of products that you wish to have. 

We refill our snack and drink vending machines weekly. However, depending on how busy your establishment is, it could be slightly more or less. All our machines are integrated with a remote monitoring system, so we always know when they need refilling.

Vendzerrz Limited is currently in discussion with a local bank to facilitate cashless and contactless transactions by integrating a compatible point of sale machine. After successful implementation, customers will be able to pay for their products using their bank debit/credit cards and mobile wallet for contactless transactions.

No. Vendzerrz Limited accepts all responsibility for maintaining and/or repairing our vending machines. To prevent malfunctions, we clean them regularly and we do preventive checkups every time we restock our machines. In the unlikely event that there is a fault with one of our units, we ask our clients to inform us as soon as possible so we can act quickly and restore the machine to normal operation. 

All our vending machines have our phone number and QR Code to initiate WhatsApp chat. We will respond within 10 minutes and visit your site within 2 hours if the issue cannot be rectified remotely. 

Our vending machines come in different sizes, but most of them are around these measurements: 75 - 80 inches tall, 24 - 35 inches deep, and 45 - 50 inches wide. Based on your needs and available space, we will suggest the best vending machine option for you.
